The MLS is a database of homes listed for sale in a large geographic area. When REALTORS list a property for sale, they add it to the MLS, allowing ALL regional agents who have access to the system (REALTORS) to view the listing. Buyers’ agents use the MLS to find homes to show clients. When you are ready to list your home for sale with Fritz Realty Group, your home is immediately listed on the Multiple Listing Service which updates a daily catalog of homes for sale through its member brokers and an online computer network,  with photos and descriptions of all listed properties in North Texas: that is Dallas, Tarrant, and Ellis County, and beyond. Our agents personally submit professional photos and the descriptive elements of your home that ensure you have the best possible representation on the North Texas MLS.

MLS Syndication
All of our property listings are online under Featured Listings on our website as well as on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. Research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that more than 90% of home buyers now begin the buying process online. When you list with Fritz Realty Group, your home will also be syndicated more than 21 leading search engines that offer the best Search Engine Optimization. This means if someone searches "homes for sale", YOUR home will come up higher in the search.
